About the Artist:

Alina Knott is a Ukrainian-born artist based in Germany, internationally recognized for her vivid, emotionally resonant oil paintings of Porsche automobiles. She works between two studios: one in Berlin — a city whose vibrant art scene deeply informs her practice — and another in Heiligendamm, on the Baltic Sea, where the soft, ever-shifting light imbues the landscape with a quiet, lyrical poetry. Tagging along wherever she goes is her Jack Russell, Davy — parttime muse, full-time troublemaker, and the unofficial CEO of naps and snack breaks. The interplay between these two environments shapes her artistic vision, seamlessly blending the intensity of urban life with the meditative stillness of the coast.
